One of my goals in 2015 is to be more consistent on planning my week ahead so that I am not scrambling through my day and once dinner time comes I have no idea what we are having. My aim is for healthy meals that don’t take much time.
I am normally pretty good about this however posting our weekly menu will not only give you all some great ideas but hopefully help make your life a little easier as well.
Monday: Healthy and Fast Veggie Stir Fry served with egg rolls
Tuesday: Chicken Enchiladas served with Corn cake and chips and salsa.
Wednesday: BLT sandwiches served with cauli tots
Thursday: Seafood night! Popcorn Shrimp served with baked potato and salad.
Friday: Marinated Grilled Chicken with green beans and roasted potatoes.
Saturday: Dinner Out
