Wow, spread the word on this one! JCPenney just announced that they’ll be offering FREE haircuts for kids (grades K-6th) for the entire month of August at every JCPenney salon across the USA!!!  This is so awesome

Just be sure to call or visit your local JCP Salon to schedule an appointment for August. I would do this quickly as I am guessing spots will fill up fast!
